请教MARIALI 关于贷款

有的人因为钱的存期不到半年，

就将其质押到银行，再贷90%， 这样可以避免半年规定的适用。

但是依照大使馆的规定，贷款不能在贷款期限里提前还贷，

我觉得这条规定真的很没有道理。

本来人家是有大笔钱，现在好了，因为存不到半年， 就要被迫贷款， 还要还2年或更多的利息。

另一个问题是，如果父母工作有十几二十年，按照收入证明也有个几十万，

那么，为什么一定要规定人家在2年的期限里面慢慢还贷款？

有人就喜欢提前还贷，免得无谓地承担那么多利息，

难道这样也有罪？

我觉得澳洲的规定是一种对我们的歧视，难道不是？

分明很没有道理嘛！

由移民部认可的金融机构出具的向你/你的配偶、父母、祖父母/外祖父母、兄弟姐妹，姑姨叔(伯)舅提供该项“学生贷款”的意向性批准信的原件，注明贷款数额和还贷期限，并且还贷期限必须满足签证处有关学生贷款期限的要求。

贷款适用于570, 571，572, 573，574, 575类别的学生签证。 除574类外，其他所有签证类别要求学生贷款的期限最多为3年。如所报读的课程少于3年，贷款期限仅须包括所有课程时间的总和。574类学生签证要求的贷款期限包括预备课程（含英语课程）时间及其后12个月即可。如所报读的主课少于12个月，贷款期限仅须包括预备课程（含英语课程）时间及主课时间的总和。

a bank statement showing the amount of available credit
a statement from the holder of the loan that its purpose is to support your studies.
Note: If your source of income is a home loan with a redraw facility from an Australian financial institution, the funds from the redraw facility may be considered a loan. A home loan with a redraw facility from a non-Australian financial institution may be acceptable, but must be considered on a case-by-case basis.

那么他们一年的反调期究竟还有什么可以查？

至于经济担保人的工作和收入证明，在申请人取得签证之后，担保人完全有可能辞职，所以澳洲人再电调也可能找不到人啊，而这当然不能说申请人造假材料吧。

基于此可能的获取签证后的合理变动，一年反调期还有什么可以查的呢？

刚才找到这篇文章，列举了电签的缺点，其中谈到缺点7如下：

7. 对贷款申请人的限制：更加可悲的是，贷款不可以提前还掉，就是说你要支付很多贷款利息。而且移民法规定贷款要覆盖留学期限，移民局在学生获得电签后的一年内都可能去检查材料。这样的秋后算帐也比较危险，要谨慎。

15．何时偿还留学贷款？
