I'm with Bigpond on unlimited 256/64 kbps plan. Supposedly they reduce my speed to 64k after usage of 10gig. But they have been failing to do so for months already, despites emails they send me saying I've been capped. I guess it has to do with their system error occured a long time ago. I couldn't access the internet at the time so I reported them of the incident. They asked me to check my modem and stuff, but nothing wrong with them. Some days later they called me saying there was system error and now it was fixed. My speed has never been slowed down to 64k since. Thank internet god if he exists.  |
