485遭到拒签，求解决办法！！

CO 解释我没有在申请 485 之前申请 skill assessment, 但是当时我还没有 skill assessment 要求的 academic transcript。 我 skill assessment receipt 上的日期是申请 485 十天之后的。 我申请之前有问过移民局说 我的 academic transcript 要在visa 过期之后才可以拿到。 她的回答是只需要 IELTS 跟 holding visa 就可以申请。

是不是应该请中介帮忙解决？？

你这个情况很困难了

485必须在申请前就已经申请了职业评估，否则不符合申请条件
个人认为运气比较好的话，比较可能结果是移民局撤销拒签的决定，转而认定申请无效并退款，因为你的申请不满足基本条件

At the time you apply for this visa, you must meet all of the following requirements:

you have nominated either a 60-point occupation or a 50-point occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL)
you have applied to a relevant assessing authority for a skills assessment for your nominated occupation
......

You must make sure that you can meet these requirements at the time you lodge your application. If your application does not meet the minimum requirements, either:

you will not be considered as having made an application, and your papers and any monies paid will be returned to you
or
your application will be refused.

当然你也可以尝试联系一下移民部长，看看部长是否愿意直接干预。如果你能准确确认当时告诉你“需要 IELTS 跟 holding visa 就可以申请”的人的名字，日期，时间，地点，还是有一线机会的。
