现在各个TAFF专业都不太好，尤其是HOSPITALITY的方面的，如cookery ,bakery等。汽修现在也不是很乐观，900小时必须是带薪的，这个政策到明年正式实行，也就是说，明年递交的申请中，凡是做过900小时的必须有出示带薪记录才能通过TRA 的评估。其他的专业能好一些的只有护理了。总之要移民，各个TAFF专业都不容易，条件越来越不好。来这里移民的话还是得慎重，如果只为了读书，还是往高的读---本科、硕士--以后能移就移，移不了回国发展。

你好！关于TAFE专业，我个人的见解是，根据9月23日新出台的移民审理优先等级，肯定是在审理TAFE毕业满足PR条件的申请时间上会拖长。然而，客观地说，对于中国学生，还是会因为自身条件的局限性而导致需要选择TAFE。比如雅思成绩，比如资金方面，等等。然而，TAFE目前的被审理的级别给排得很靠后，但是也不代表就不能作为移民的方法之一了。主要问题集中在TAFE学习期间的900小时、明年起又增加了Job Ready Test; 毕业后的雅思每门6分以及1年工作经验。。

from the perspective of Australian Government, they want to make money out of their education sector, but doesn't want to provide any aftersale service.
that's why restrictions on immigration will become harsher and tougher.
only those can present skills in both english and demanded occupations will be granted PR.
so i strongly agree with:

if you made up your mind that PR is the destination, study Nursing.
if your families abound with financial resources and you do know your interests, so study whatever you want, and if couldn't get PR or job after graduation, just go back to China.
China is becoming the center of World economy, there must be plenty of opportunities for people like us back there, although the working conditions are incomparable with that of Australia.
OR: work hard on your English, and get 7777 before they uplift the criterion again.

千万别学建筑 花钱都很难买到打税的900小时工作经验 没有中国老板会为了几千澳币冒着被罚款几十万澳币的风险帮你开工作经验 这一行都是ABN或付现金. 工作是好找 打黑工首选 但是要移民 宁可读cookery 至少可以花钱买到工作经验.
还有 千万别读墨尔本的维多利亚建筑学院 不要问为什么 你读了就知道了
