Salsa Workshop with Adamo Sunday 5th August
To improve your dance ability basic technique is required. This workshop
will teach you the skills required to take your dance to a new level.
Balance, weight transfer, isolations, turns, leading, following, resistance,
music and much, much more will be broken down in a manner that you will understand and remember.
Workshop Content: Instructors Adamo Bonacci & Anna Lasson
Class 1. Body Isolation 1 - 2pm
Class 2. Dance Style 2 -3pm
Class 3. Turn Pattern 3 - 4.30pm
Class 4. Study Technique 4.30 - 5pm
Held at the United Styles Dance Studio Corner Chapel St and Brighton Rd East St Kilda. Workshop fees $30 per class or $80 for all four classes. Class sizes are limited to 20 men and 20 ladies. Contact Frank on 0414 446794 to book your place. Bring towl, waterbottle & video camera.

Viva Cabaret has the pleasure to present one of the sexiest Latino nights in Melbourne. Experience the soulful sounds of Salsa, Mambo and Cha-Cha in a New York style venue to the live sounds from Melbourne's premier Salsa Band "Del Barrio".  Salsa dura and timba brava from N.Y. with guest DJ's mixing the hottest Latin tracks. Delicious cocktails and tapas available at the bar. Intro Latin Dance Class at 9.00pm.  Doors open from 7.30pm till late. Band starts at 10.30pm. $15 c/c.
