Career Objective
After successfully completing my Diploma of Commerce at SIBT, I am currently pursuing specialist commerce (B. Economics) at Macquarie University, and I would like to become a unit demonstrator in Economic and Finance in order to gain experience in academic environment as well as to further develop certain skills, such as communication skills, and presentation skills.

About me
I am planning to devote myself into researching and teaching career at University. I am comfortable in explaining certain problems into depth and details or into less technical language to fellow students in the area that I am familiar with. This ability could date back to my high school study in my home country, and it can also be proved by the fact that other students start to send me emails regarding to ACST201 problems after they have seen my explaining of some sample questions on the blackboard which were posted by the lecturer, during 2009 semester 2.
I have privately tutored this former High School student *** with his mathematics when I was homestaying at his family and received positive comment.
I am also very sociable, like to meet new people, and willing to work with people as a team.
I am an international student, I know what international students need and what are the problems international students facing especially for those who have not studied in an English speaking country long enough to get used to the studying environment, therefore I could at my best assist all students whom I will be tutoring. Although being an international student also means relatively weaker verbal skills compared with native rivals, however my commandment of English has been greatly enhanced and this disadvantage has thus been overcame after years of living and studying in Australia.
Most of all, I have the desire of tutoring at SIBT the place where I graduated from.

The minimum requirements for a tutoring position at SIBT are the following:
1. A degree with a major in the discipline or field the candidate wishes to teach; a good academic record
2. Experience in teaching preferably in a higher educational environment
3. The ability to articulate approaches, methods and strategies for teaching in tutorial contexts
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Awareness of learners and learner needs; an understanding of the challenges faced by international students and an ability to assist students to persist and maintain motivation

感觉你自己在说，你还不够communication skills， 我认为你应该强调 with strong communication skill...

差点没注意communication 那一条 确实应该把那段话从 objective里面remove掉
后面的那个“劣势” 陈述现状 然后附带如何对付这个问题的方案也会被 “减分”？
之前从没写过resume也没怎么调查研究过
觉得自己是啥样子就老老实实的写成什么样子 容易给人 reliable and accountable之类的映像
不知道写resume的时候对自己的评价 或者描述 更多的走客观路线 还是走乐观路线 或者是走主观路线 etc

As a student who is always keen to explore things in depth, I have dreamed about doing research and teaching at universities since I was in high school. With a flair for problem solving and explanation in clear and plain language, I've found myself popular among classmates and my tutee Tony Cha, former (name of high school) student.
The experience of x years' study and living in Australia has contributed to my confident, self-motivated, social and easy going character as well as the ability to work comfortably in a team environment. On the other hand, being a international student myself has provided me with a deep understanding and insight in regard to the needs and issues of students from a non-English speaking background. This will benefit my role as a tutor in an adaptive and flexible manner.
In addition, teaching at SIBT where I graduated will be a good impetus in the pursuit of my dream.
