cc attackings

The website became extremely unstable from 5 days ago. What's happened there? We have had very good protection to ddos attacking. We have had the very efficient website codes. We have had the pretty pure-hearted attitude to all users. But, why it's still so cruel to us?

I tried several methods in these days, and trying to warn the administrators that we are attacking by sb, which could make the server down or block the whole bandwidth. But that is furitless. Bluehost believes that they have got the most powerful protection system in hosting industry, and told me the errors should be in my website code due to unefficient scripts. OMG...  I even sent email to syberpolice asking for help, but nobody cared me, it disappeared forever!

Until last night, I got an respond email from level 3 support team of bluehost. They mentioned that I can look through the cpu_exceed error logs to position which pagecode is unefficient and made the 500 internal server errors.

Surprise! 

Really surprise. All the problems are risen by 2 files: digest.php and member.php! "Smart attacker." I said to myself. These 2 pages are the most consuming pages in the system, because they need to call database to retrieve data, and make very high cpu usage. The attacker refreshed these 2 pages several times per second, which could consume all the hardware resource. Just like a ddos attack! But much powerful, because the firewall can't figure out it!

Finally, I found they are using a kind of cc tools to make attackings. The only way to alleviate the attackings should be block. But how to know which ip is the source ip, which is not? I don't kown... No pains, no gains; No tries, no wins. That's just what I believes and what I did. I have to surveil the website all the time and to block all suspect ips.

It took effects!

I am so tired now... You can't believe that I must use every cell in my brain to pickup several attacking ips from ten thousands of ips... To be pretty honest, I hate it. I hate the fucking bloody attackers. Anyway, no one can stop us, no one can stop AOBO... I will never give up, I will keep fighting. And those fucking busters, just go to hell, or maybe jail!
